We inform you that Bank Permata has scheduled system maintenance in order to improve their services with the details as follows:
Start: Saturday, 17 October 2026 at 04.00 AM (GMT+7)
End: Saturday, 17 October 2026 at 06.30 AM (GMT+7)
Duration: 2.5 hours
Affected Services: Disbursement and Virtual Account

Impact:
1. Disbursements to Permata with amounts <10k and >250m will be kept pending until maintenance is over.
2. Virtual Account payment with destination Permata VA Number will not available/ pending/ failed during the maintenance hours
