Dear Valuable Customers,

Kindly be informed, in order to improve the service system, our Bank partner will have scheduled maintenance with details below:

Start: 10 January 2026 00.00 GMT+7
End: 10 January 2026 03.30 GMT+7
Duration: 3 hours and 30 minutes

Impact during this maintenance:
1. Disbursements to other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata and BSS with amount >100m to 250m IDR will be kept in pending until maintenance is over
2. During this maintenance, BRI VA, Mandiri VA and BSS VA would not be able to accept payments through BI-fast transfer option.

Please encourage your customers to make payments from other transfer method such as RTOL and request disbursement before or after this window time to avoid any issues.
